To begin the enrollment process, please print the appropriate enrollment packet for your student and contact the enrolling secretary listed to schedule a time to submit your completed forms.

Required Documents for Enrollment

To ensure a smooth enrollment experience, please bring the following documents:

1. Original Birth Certificate or legal documents of guardianship (with photo ID).

2. Current bill with name and address for proof of residency.

3. Current immunization record.

4. Hearing and Vision Screening (for Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten only)

5. Dental Assessment (for Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten only)
