ECSE Supply List for the 2022-2023 School Year

2022-2023 ECSE School Year Calendar

Welcome to the ECSE program is a special services preschool for children living in the New Haven School District. Children eligible for the program must be three years or older to enter the program and must be assessed to determine eligibility. The ECSE program services children who have difficulty in the following areas:

  • Expressing thoughts and ideas
  • Saying words or sentences
  • Under developed motor skills
  • Delayed social skills
  • Learning new concepts for school readiness

The ECSE classroom provides a language-enriched environment with a “play based” curriculum. This allows the children to learn the basic skills for school readiness at their own pace through hands-on experiences in a wide variety of activities.

NO COST FOR PROGRAM.  BUSING WILL BE PROVIDED.  Please contact the special services department at 586-749-9535.
