Congratulations to NHHS's SkillsUSA automotive team for their impressive performance at the regional event at Macomb Community College! Special kudos to Jeff H. for securing a remarkable third place overall in the Master Mechanics Competition, earning him a well-deserved spot at the state level.


New Haven High School is celebrating Career & Technical Education month.

Congratulations to Dario H. and Anthony T. for their outstanding achievements in the field of Career and Technical Education! Their hard work has been recognized with a well-deserved $500 scholarship each, generously awarded by Anthony Lombardo and Greg Windingland of Lombardo Homes.


Music rehearsals are in full swing for the Spring Musical "Goosebumps the Musical: The Phantom of the Auditorium." Save the dates for the performances on May 10 at 5:30 and May 11 at 12:30 at Endeavour.


While our students enjoyed a well needed day off, our teachers spent the day strengthening their technology skills. Thanks to our district technology team for leading the professional development.






Congratulations to Carter P. and Ryan G. on their outstanding achievements and for qualifying for states! Ryan's 2nd-place finish and Carter's 4th-place finish are impressive accomplishments. We will be cheering them on March 1st and 2nd at Ford Field.

A group of high schoolers and eighth graders had the privilege of attending the Macomb Student Diversity Summit at the MISD. The focus of the summit was “Voices Amplified: The Power of Your Voice.” Our students learned a lot and enjoyed the experience.

Rockets soared at the 2024 MAC Gold Division Singles Tournament! On Super Bowl Sunday, over 100 high school athletes from 9 different schools gathered at Premier Lanes in Chesterfield, MI, competing in 8 singles divisions. Kudos to our stellar bowlers!

Congratulations to Joseph E. and Sandra L. on receiving honorable mentions in the southeast Michigan and thumb region Scholastic Art Award competition. They will be honored this evening at the Detroit Film Theater and their work will be on display at the College for Creative Studies for the Scholastic exhibition from February 12 to March 1.
